Eligibility Criteria For Ishan Uday Special Scholarship Scheme

Applicant should belong to North East states like Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura and Nagaland.
Whoever the applicant is, there should be only one girl in his family, if he has twin daughters then he can also apply.
Applicant must be below 30 years of age
Applicant's marital income should be less than Rs 4.5 lakhs.
Applicant must have taken admission in the first year of the regular master's degree program. Applicant must have taken admission in the first year of any degree course.

Eligibility Criteria for PG Scholarship for University Rank Holders

Applicants should be rank holders in their graduate examination.
An applicant should pursue the first year of graduation.
Applicant should belong to SC / ST category.
Applicant should bring 60% marks in graduation.
Applicant should be mostly 30 years of age.
